Hi, I’m Riddhi Rajai – the heart behind Sankalp Jewellery.
What began as a 15-day school project on 1st November 2022 has now blossomed into a beautiful two year journey filled with sparkle, creativity, and connection.
I was just 16 when I took my first step into the world of business, unsure where it would lead. But one thing I knew for sure jewellery isn’t just fashion. It’s emotion. It’s a memory, a feeling, a celebration of love and relationships.
At Sankalp Jewellery, we craft handmade pieces with meaning designed especially for you. Whether it’s your first pair of earrings or a thoughtful gift for a loved one, each item carries a piece of our passion and purpose.
We’ve now completed 1300+ orders and each one means the world to me. From little girls to grandmothers, our jewellery has found a place in hearts of all ages.
Every time a customer says “I love your work,” it fills me with joy I can’t quite put into words. The 9-year-old me could’ve never imagined this but I know she would be proud.

How Sankalp Jewellery Began
It all started in 2014, with a small kid’s jewellery-making kit and a heartfelt Father’s Day ring. That little spark of creativity slowly turned into a passion.
By 9th grade, I found myself drawn into the world of wire jewellery, learning everything from YouTube. I started sketching designs and dreaming bigger. During my 10th-grade vacation, the idea of starting a jewellery business took root. I had everything mapped out in my head the name, the designs, the purpose.
Then came August 2022, when my school organized a fair. I participated with my first-ever stall a humble setup in the basement with my handmade products. To my surprise, my stall received the highest individual footfall in just two days. That’s when the journey truly began.
Sankalp Jewellery officially started as a 15-day school project. But your overwhelming love turned that project into something far greater a dream, a brand, a family.
Running a business at 16, alongside school and extracurriculars, wasn’t easy. There were moments when I felt like giving up. But every order, every kind word, and every repeat customer reminded me why I started.
I still get butterflies every time I pack an order — especially when I read your sweet notes:
“It’s for my wife.”
“It’s for someone special.”
“I’m gifting this to my sister before she moves abroad.”
“I just want to make her feel special.”
These messages melt my heart and make all the late nights worth it. Each product is packed with the same excitement I felt while preparing my very first order.
Sankalp isn’t just a business. It’s a part of my heart. And every one of you is part of this journey.
